Transport TIBI validated the Qualimat standard.All the processes defined by the specifications was set up to answer an increasing demand of our clientele. This standard defines the requirements in terms of cleanliness and traceability of trucks used for the transport of cereal intended for the animal feed.
Qualimat standard guarantees the security for animal's foods. Transport TIBI set up specific equipments with a strict follow-up.
The concerned trucks are recognizable by their plate Qualimat and the drivers are all trained in the requirements of the standard. Specific vehicle documentations were also created allowing a stricit traceability.
The regulation requires :
- To clean regularly the truck and to keep a documentary evidence of the manipulations.
- To make sure that the trailer contains no foreign body.
- A quite particular attention of the driver for the report of any abnormalities.
- To verify regularly the waterproofness of the equipment.
- Make sure of the traceability of transport thanks to the certificate accompanying the vehicle documentation.
- To charter referenced carriers Qualimat.
- To verify the bacteriological quality of the water and the products used for the wash.
Audits will take place once a year to confirm the acquisition of the standard.
