The improvement of the quality of services is a priority of the Mauffrey Group.To accompany our development and that of our customers, we need a reliable equipment which bases on the technological possibilities offered today. For several years, the in-cab computer, Transics, takes place in our drivers' cabins. Since 2010, with the new Transics generation, TX-Max, we give quality and security to our transports.
Geo-postionning and fleet follow-up
Thanks to the map follow-up of our fleet, we can know the real time position of our vehicles. We can also draw a history of the routes followed by all drivers and duration of their routes. For our customers, the information extracted from the TX-Max assures their goods' traceability.
Geofencing consists in defining a zone on a map. Any crossing of the zone perimeter the vehicle activates an alert indicated to the operator. This technique gives security to our drivers but also assures the respect of ours customers' security and quality standards.
This new equipment improves the orientation of our drivers with the possibility of managing them by an integrated system of navigation. Combined in the operating system installed in our subsidiaries' offices, the TX - Max assures a global management of our fleet. To optimize the goods' transport, the available high-tech solutions allow a better management of the costs: avoidance of roads with useless tolls, real-time control of the overtakings.
Security, environment and quality
Our action plans for security and environmental protection named respectively PPS and PPE, are guaranted by the in-cab computing. We give a strong importance for the CO² emissions reduction in particular through the decrease of our fuel consumption. With a permanent control of the driving behavior and the consumption, the in-cab computing helps us to reduce our production costs.
Inform and communicate
The TX - Max is an intelligent in-cab computer which helps our drivers every day to realize their missions. The TX-Max allows real time communication with the drivers thanks to reports facilitated by the TX - Max, to the instant messaging system and to the vocal application.
Real time rising data
The follow-up of the driving informations assures the respect for the current social and European regulations. Users security is strengthened with the driving time control of our drivers as it manages the immediate calculation of working hours.
The in-cab system of computing is connected with the numerical control. It records real time datas and passes on them to the system used by the operator. The opertor's system posts time of driving, rest and work. Alerts can start in case of hours overtaking, and the driver is warned if he approaches the time granted by the regulation.
