The prevention of security plan is composed of the risks prevention actions and the improvement of the practices. It takes place on our sites and is managed by our training center and experimental drivers.
Drivers' training
The new driver receives all the protection equipments. A driving test is realized to estimate his level and personalize his training.
Throughout his career in Mauffrey Group, he has training periods either to our training centre, or directly with his coach driver in his own work environment. The objective is to remind security regulations, to learn the new regulations and to make sensitive in the rational driving.
The coach driver : help and control
The coach driver helps but also controls. He welcomes and follows drivers throughout their careers. To help and measure exactly the evolutions, the Group was equipped with an educational tool of rational driving. It shows the individual needs of training. The objective is to follow and personalized each driver's progess.
Sinistrality management
In case of accident, the driver has to establish a report and is interviewed by his manager. They determine the accident's causes and take the necessary measures. Right actions are communicated to the Group through the coach drivers to mutualize the best practices.
Communication and awareness
The internal newspaper and the poster campaigns realized in the operatig centres raise the staff's awareness in the good security practices. All the subjects are thought in association with the Group security manager. Our will is to improve the knowledge in security toward goods, persons and means.
