Know-how and knowledge-being are essentials for qualitative services. That's why in 1998, the Mauffrey group created Trans-Formation, a training center which work on knowledges and process' improvement.
Trainings specialized in transport and logistics
- Initial trainings : "le titre professionnel de conducteur routier", FIMO or CACES
- In-service trainings : FCO
- Specific trainings : European social regulation, security, eco-driving, in-cab computing, numerical control, business connections, management, flows management, etc...)
Coach drivers coordination
Trans-Formation is in charge of the management and the training of the coach drivers. Regularly, they're trained to teaching skills, eco-driving, security... Their main goal is to help and follow the drivers in their practices development. They're a wonderful link between theory and practice.
Trainers, specialized in their fields
The group trainers are employees of the training center but they can be able to work to our subsidiaries or clients' sites. Their men with practical experience. They bring improvements and new solutions directly to the drivers. They all have a big experience et are specialized in regulation and transport practices.
